Privacy at Doreps
This notice explains what Doreps collects on the public website and early-access form, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Information collected
The early-access form collects an email address, region, an optional goal category, confirmation that a person is 18 or older, and optional marketing consent. It does not request or collect dating conversation content or other free-text relationship information. The email address is encrypted before storage; a server-side keyed hash is used to prevent duplicate requests without using an email address as a document identifier.
How information is used
We use early-access information to manage the waitlist, send an invitation or service update, send optional product updates only where marketing consent was provided, and protect the form from abuse. We do not use early-access information for behavioral advertising or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Hosting, storage, and transfers
The public site runs on Google Cloud Run and waitlist records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in Canada. Doreps uses Google Cloud only to host and operate this site and its waitlist. Analytics is disabled. We do not sell early-access information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Early-access records are retained for 12 months after submission or until a verified deletion request, whichever occurs first. We delete records that are no longer needed for this purpose. A request to withdraw marketing consent does not remove an early-access request unless the requester asks for deletion.
Choices and rights
You may ask to withdraw marketing consent, withdraw an early-access request, or request access, correction, deletion, or export where applicable by emailing danish@doreps.app. We may take reasonable steps to verify a request before acting on it.
Security
Doreps uses server-only credentials, access controls, encrypted transport, and encryption for stored waitlist email addresses. No system can guarantee absolute security; please do not send sensitive information through the early-access form or a safety-report email.
Adults only
Early access is intended only for people 18 and older. If we learn that a minor submitted an early-access request, we will delete the record after verification.
Cookies and analytics
Doreps does not use an analytics provider on this launch site. We do not use advertising cookies or similar storage for behavioral advertising. Essential technical processing may occur to deliver and protect the site.
Changes to this notice
This notice is effective August 9, 2026. We may update it when this site or its processing changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
